Working in civil society and human rights organizations is often associated with a high emotional burden, constant stress, and the need to support others even when your own resources are running low. Over time, this can lead to professional and emotional burnout.
During the webinar, it will be discussed how to recognize the early signs of burnout, understand the causes of declining energy and motivation, and explore practical tools for maintaining psychological resilience. Participants will have an opportunity to conduct a brief self-assessment, identify key sources of emotional exhaustion, and develop a personal resource recovery plan.
Please take an online assessment to determine your level of burnout. Join the webinar with your results — there will be plenty to talk about.
Topics:
- the main signs and stages of professional burnout;
- risk factors for staff working in civil society and human rights organizations;
- the impact of chronic stress and secondary trauma;
- practical tools for preventing burnout;
- techniques for quickly restoring emotional resources.
