Service delivery under restrictions: second session, community of practice by ECOM

Eurasian Coalition on Health, Rights, Gender, and Sexual Diversity (ECOM) invites to join the next meeting in Community of Practice series — a set of thematic online discussions designed for sharing experiences, discussing practical challenges, and identifying joint solutions.

The meeting is organized by ECOM as part of the project “RESILIENT Communities & Securing Civic Space for HIV Response in EECA,” implemented in partnership with other regional community networks — EHRAEWNA, and SWAN.

Organizations and initiative groups to share their experiences, challenges, and adaptation practices in the current environment.

Topics for discussion include:

  • How new legislation affects organizational work and access to services;
  • Adapting programs and services under restrictive conditions;
  • Safety of staff, volunteers, and clients;
  • Managing online risks, pressure, and public attacks;
  • Maintaining access to services for key populations;
  • Practical case studies: which approaches have helped organizations continue their work and which have proven ineffective;
  • Supporting the resilience of teams and organizations under conditions of constant stress.

Facilitator: Diana Aliyeva, Member of the ECOM Steering Committee. The meeting will be held in an open discussion format, encouraging participants to exchange practical experiences and lessons learned.

Language: Russian and English (simultaneous interpretation will be provided).
